good workout today, but no strides.

1 mi. @ 7:00 warm up
.5 mi. @ 6:30 interval
.5 mi. @ 7:00 recovery
.5 mi. @ 6:00 interval
.5 mi. @ 7:00 recovery
.5 mi. @ 5:30 interval
1 mi. @ 7:00 cool down
1000m @ 6:40 pace (with cassie and karen just for fun)

felt a little tight, and this was my new longest distance since starting up again, so no strides...
