this was not easy for me but i made through.  at the end, however, my right achilles was a little sore.  not sure why, but i stretched it afterward and it seemed to help a little - more stretching to come...

6 mi. total - 12 on the week.  it looks like this is inevitably going to be a short week, so i am only counting on getting in 25-ish through friday...
