tues: 6 mi. - 2 mi. warm-up / 3 mi. @ 6:00 / 1 mi. cool-down
wed: 5.75 mi. @ 6:30-ish with nowinski
thurs: 4 mi. pretty chill - 1 mi. @ 7:00 / 1 mi. @ 6:45 / .5 mi. @ 6:00 / .5 mi. @ 5:00 / 1 mi. @ 7:00
tomorrow: tempo workout with nowinski (3 mi. at tempo)
saturday: ncaa regional cross country meet at baylor! (also long run of about 7 - fingers crossed)
sunday: off
