I'm not sure which you're more likely to find in Mobile, AL over the next couple of weeks.
I'm headed down to Mobile on Sunday and will be there for 10 days of pretty intense work. I'm going to squeeze in a couple more runs before I head out, and my goal will be to run at least 5 times while I'm there, any distance.
