today was good.
5 miles total: one mile warm-up, 3 miles workout, 1 mile cool-down
6x400m cemetery hill (98, 1:44, 96, 96, 96, 90)
felt like i probably could have done a couple more or at the very least not had that 1:44 in there, but my legs definitely feel fatigued after and i can shoot for 8 next time.
as a side note, alison, you should encourage nathan to add a post...otherwise it's just SAC attack and i have a feeling that graphic would be considerably less cute than the killer cupcake. :)
