mission accomplished...

pocket workout

2 mi. @ 6:45  warm-up
1 mi. @ 5:00  kablammo!
1 mi. @ 7:00-ish  cool-down

my goal was to do a workout the included a mile at 5:00 pace either later this week, or next week.  done!
